Case Management
Conferences Scheduled dates and times may change depending on the Court’s caseload. Parties must check the docket the day before the hearing to confirm the time as Case Management Conference times are often changed.
Civil Law and
Motion Hearings are
held by Zoom; the parties may file a joint stipulation requesting an in-person
hearing. Chambers Copies Chambers copies
are required for Motions and Case Management Statements and must:

Counsel must provide
with an administrative motion to seal a chamber’s copy of the unredacted
version of the document(s) with proposed redactions clearly highlighted, as
