COURT SCHEDULE:

Commencing January 1, 2021 until further notice:

Civil Law and Motion: the 1st, 2nd, or 4th Thursday at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom webinar. No tentative rulings are issue, and no hearing date needs to be reserved. However, hearing dates may be vacated by the Court.  No motion hearings to be set on June 23, 2022, July 14, 2022, August 25, 2022, or October 27, 2022.

For Civil Law and Motion matters set for Zoom proceedings, the Court will consider a joint request of the parties for an in person appearance.

Civil Case Management Conferences: Thursday at 2:00 p.m., once per month via Zoom webinar. (See list below for available dates).

Civil Pretrial Conferences: Thursday at 2:00 p.m., via Zoom webinar.

Civil Trials: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Criminal Law and Motion:

For an criminal appearance set for a Zoom proceeding, the Court will reschedule an in-person appearance at the defendant's request.

the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom webinar for in-custody defendants, with waiver of defendant’s in-courtroom appearance.

any Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for appearances via Zoom webinar for out-of-custody defendants, with waiver of defendant’s in-courtroom appearance.
