COURT SCHEDULE:

January 2026 

Civil Law and Motion: Any available Thursday at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom webinar. No hearings to be set 1/8/2026.

Criminal Matters: No hearings to be set 1/8/2026 or 1/22/2026. 

Commencing February 1, 2026, until further notice:

All Civil and Criminal Matters: to be held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for criminal in person, and 1:30 p.m. for civil via Zoom webinar. No tentative rulings are issued, and no hearing date needs to be reserved. However, hearing dates may be vacated by the Court.  

For Civil matters set for Zoom proceedings, the Court will consider a joint request of the parties for an in-person appearance, or the Court may change a zoom hearing to an in-person proceeding.  

Civil Trials: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
