Unless otherwise ordered, the Court will conduct pretrial conferences and trials in person, and all other civil proceedings by Zoom webinar. Parties shall notice motions for hearing in accordance with Civil Local Rule 7-2(a) and the Court’s availability as noted below. The Court will entertain stipulated requests, or motions on good cause, to conduct any proceeding in person. Such requests shall be filed at least seven days before the scheduled date and, if not stipulated, filed as an administrative motion under Civil Local Rule 7-11. In all cases, counsel are reminded to read the docket carefully to determine the manner in which any proceeding will be conducted. CRIMINAL CASES. Unless otherwise ordered, the Court will conduct all criminal proceedings in person. Important: Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including “screen-shots” or other visual copying of a hearing, is absolutely prohibited.
