JUDGE BEELER’S STATIC ZOOM MEETING INFORMATION: For Settlement Conferences the parties shall connect to the Zoom Meeting at the following address: The court will use Zoom Meetings (as opposed to Zoom Webinars) for settlement conferences and other non-public hearings. To join a meeting, click on the link below. You will initially enter a “waiting room” and will be admitted into the meeting by court staff. Join ZoomGov Meeting Meeting ID: 160 464 1326 Through at least May 1, 2020, the court (under the new General Orders 72 and 73, available at https://cand.uscourts.gov/notices/information-regarding-covid-19/) will not have any in-person settlement conferences. The court will evaluate with the parties whether in-person settlement conferences will be postponed or go forward through videoconferencing . The court does not allow audio-only participation. Within three business days of receiving notice of these procedures, counsel must confer and file a joint statement with their views about whether the settlement conference should be postponed or go forward by videoconferencing.
