Criminal Duty: Daily during duty months, 10:30 am in person. CIVIL LAW AND MOTION: Civil law and motion calendar (other than discovery motions) is held on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm in person in Oakland, Courtroom 4, 3rd Floor. However, the courtroom number may change.
