Civil motions are heard in person on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. The following Motion Hearing dates are FULL: April 21, 28, 2026 May 5, 12, 19, 2026 June 16, 23, 30, 2026 July 7, 14, 28, 2026 Civil Case Management Calendar:
Case management conferences are conducted via Zoom on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. until further notice. Criminal Calendar: Out-of-custody status conferences and supervised release violations are conducted via Zoom on Friday at 8:30 a.m.
In-custody status conferences and supervised release violations will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Sentencing, change of plea, motions, and any evidentiary hearings will be heard in person on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Re-notices:
Re-noticed motions filed in cases reassigned to Judge Thompson are to be re-noticed for a hearing date of or after November 15, 2022. Re-noticed motions may be reset as the Court’s calendar requires. New Motions: New motions filed are to be noticed for a hearing for or after November 1, 2022. Please keep in mind the dates of unavailability when setting for hearing. Case Management Conferences re Reassignment Order: If parties file their Joint Case Management Statement prior to October 14, 2022, the Court may be able to schedule their Case Management Conference during a special set of conferences that will be held on in the mornings during the last two weeks of October, subject to availability.
